AutoGen installation accessory
Choke Linear Actuator
Automate a manual choke lever during engine startup, or operate a compatible fuel-cutoff or decompression lever from an AutoGen controller.

A practical way to automate mechanical engine controls.
Compact movement, simple three-wire connection, and mounting hardware suited to many small-engine generator installations.
Stroke travel suited to the majority of gasoline generator manual-choke levers.
Designed for common 12-volt generator starting and control systems.
Supplied with a DPDT 12 V relay to simplify direction control during installation.
Can also operate compatible diesel fuel-cutoff or decompression levers.

Installed example
Mount the actuator in line with the lever movement.
The two swivel brackets help align the actuator with the choke or control lever. Confirm unobstructed travel across the full 30 mm stroke before enabling automatic operation.
- Suitable for compatible manual-choke gasoline generators.
- Can be adapted to compatible fuel-stop and decompression mechanisms.
- Easier to install than a separate choke servo and fabricated servo bracket in many applications.
Three-wire connection with a prewired reversing relay.
Use the wiring reference appropriate to your controller model and verify the actuator direction before coupling it to the engine lever.
