Automatic start backup generator with remote control and monitoring from any location with its WiFi connectivity.

Capable of charging any battery chemistry between 48-59v @ <70 amps.

The V5 AutoGen DC Generator comes complete with WiFi autostart controller, wiring loom and external split core current sensor.

LPG Kit is available for dual fuel operation.

A microprocessor controls the automatic start and stop sequence, furthermore making it the smartest auto start generator controller on the market.

The controller connects through wifi and with our AutoGen app you have some of the following key features:

The V5 AutoGen constantly monitors battery bank voltage and will start automatically to bulk charge batteries.

When batteries have reached 100% SOC it will shut off the generator.

The permanent magnet alternator also acts as a starter motor, therefore not requiring a 12v starter battery.

Power is derived from the 48v battery bank.

With this design, a steel flywheel and starter motor is not required, greatly reducing the overall size and weight.

Bulk target voltage, current and Absorb voltage are adjustable from the AutoGen app.

Settings can be altered on the fly at any point.

Features included are History graph, Daily start timer, Remote start and stop, Email notifications, safety shutoff at high preset voltage, reports sent through email in csv format, User set bulk, absorb and tail current plus more.

Firstly, the V5 AutoGen controller constantly monitors battery bank voltage. 

As a result, it will start your generator automatically to recharge your batteries or supply power to your loads. Secondly, when batteries have reached 100% SOC, the generator will shut down.

Therefore, the entire  startup and shutdown of your generator is automated, giving you peace of mind. Always have power when needed!

***Notes and Updates***

We have designed and tested our newest V5 AutoGen 48v DC Generator controller. Addition of Ethernet + WiFi or Ethernet + GSM or WiFi only.

Unfortunately due to the global chip shortage, Ethernet versions of the controller should be available during the first quarter of 2022.

Our new controller no longer needs an external 12v power source. It is directly powered from the 48v battery bank.
